Return and Refund Policy for PaceWise Products

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to Products purchased through vrexalonthral.world, including the Lumen Hour PDF Planner, Hush Drift Ambient Focus Set, and Signal Check Live Coaching Half Hour described on the Steady Gear page. It explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and exceptions that protect PaceWise against abuse of digital goods.

Digital planner returns

Because the Lumen Hour PDF Planner is delivered electronically after purchase, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file more than once and have not shared the download link publicly. To qualify, submit your order identifier through contact-us.html with a brief description of the compatibility issue you encountered. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.

Audio collection returns

The Hush Drift Ambient Focus Set may be refunded within seven calendar days if fewer than two tracks have been streamed or downloaded through the PaceWise portal. If analytics show broader access, PaceWise may offer partial credit toward coaching instead of a full refund. This safeguard limits unauthorized redistribution while remaining fair to genuine buyers.

Coaching cancellations

Signal Check Live Coaching Half Hour may be rescheduled once without fee if you provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice forfeit fifty percent of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the entire fee. If PaceWise must cancel due to staff illness or technology failure, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.

Bundle purchases

If PaceWise offers bundled pricing for multiple Products in a single checkout, refunds will be calculated pro rata based on the standalone list prices published on Vrexalonthral at the time of purchase, unless a promotional disclosure states otherwise.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting PaceWise may result in suspension of download privileges pending investigation. PaceWise will provide payment partners with order receipts and IP logs demonstrating delivery when appropriate.

Defective files

If a downloaded planner or audio archive is corrupted, PaceWise will replace the file at no cost. If replacement fails within three business days, you may elect a refund regardless of the standard download limits, provided the defect is verified.

Non-returnable situations

Refunds are not granted when Products have been substantially consumed, when requests fall outside stated windows, when violations of the Terms of Use occurred, or when promotional items were clearly labeled as final sale. Coaching notes or custom calendar markup delivered during a completed session are non-refundable because the service was rendered.

How to request a return

Email the studio through the contact form with your name, order number, Product name, and reason for the request. PaceWise will confirm receipt within two business days. Keep records of automated responses in case of payment disputes.

Consumer rights

Certain US states grant additional rights regarding digital goods or late refunds. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights. If a state statute conflicts with a stricter limitation here, the statute controls for residents of that state.
